The „Pod Łososiem” restaurant has a many hundred years old tradition. In 1598, Ambrose Vermollen, a Dutchman, estabished here an inn and a factory to manufacture licquers, Amongst which the Gdańsk Golden water named Goldwasser was the most distinguished one. This tradition has been passed down, thus in the post-war years the Gdańsk citizens restored this famous Restaurant.

The Restaurant it’s open from 12:00, offering 110 seats in two air-conditioned rooms. Specialities of our cuisine are dishes of salmon, unusual soups and distinguished desserts.
